About the Speaker:
Beatrice Watson is the Outreach Liaison Officer of the Manitoba Human Rights Commission. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Women’s Studies, University of Manitoba. Has certification in Management Studies from University of Manitoba, Mediation Certification from Mediation Services and Diploma in Journalism from Lambton College of Arts and Technology, Sarnia Ontario. Beatrice has received the Women of Distinction and other Awards for her extensive community work. She has been with the MHRC for close to 14 years and has delivered more than a hundred of presentation on the Human Rights Code. Beatrice is the mother of two beautiful daughters.
